Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or using FlexCheckout Pro. By downloading, installing, or using the plugin, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

1. Definitions

  • “FlexCheckout” or “WC FlexCheckout” refers to the software plugin, website (wcflexcheckout.com), and all related services operated by June Company.
  • “We,” “us,” “our” refers to June Company.
  • “You,” “user” refers to any individual or entity downloading, installing, or using FlexCheckout Pro.
  • “Free Plugin” refers to the version of FlexCheckout available at no charge from WordPress.org.
  • “Pro Plugin” refers to the paid FlexCheckout Pro plugin distributed to license holders.
  • “License Key” refers to the unique key issued to you upon purchase that activates Pro features.
  • “Site” refers to a single WordPress/WooCommerce installation.
  • “WooCommerce” refers to the WooCommerce plugin by Automattic, which FlexCheckout requires to function.

2. What FlexCheckout Does

FlexCheckout Pro is a WooCommerce checkout customization plugin. It extends and modifies the WooCommerce checkout experience on your store, allowing you to add, remove, reorder, and conditionally show or hide checkout fields, build multi-step checkout flows, configure address books, and more. All functionality operates within your own WordPress installation — your customers’ data never leaves your server.

3. License Tiers — What Each Plan Includes

3.1 Free Plan

The free FlexCheckout plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPL v2+), consistent with WordPress.org guidelines. It is free to download, use, and distribute under the terms of that license. Core checkout customization features are included at no charge. No license key is required.

3.2 Pro Plan

The Pro license grants a single individual or entity a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Pro plugin on an unlimited number of WordPress sites you own or manage. Pro features include:

  • All free features
  • Advanced conditional logic — show or hide fields based on cart contents, customer data, location, user role, and more
  • Multi-step checkout — break checkout into multiple steps with progress indicators
  • Custom checkout field builder — add unlimited custom fields of any type
  • Address book — let customers save and manage multiple shipping and billing addresses
  • Checkout field analytics — track field completion rates and identify drop-off points
  • Zapier integration — trigger Zapier workflows from checkout events
  • WPML compatibility — full multilingual checkout support
  • WooCommerce Blocks compatibility — works with the new block-based checkout
  • Repeat field groups — add dynamic repeatable field sections to checkout
  • Priority email support
  • Unlimited sites
  • Software updates for the duration of your subscription

4. Requirements

FlexCheckout Pro requires:

  • WordPress 6.2 or higher
  • WooCommerce (latest stable version recommended)
  • PHP 7.4 or higher
  • An active FlexCheckout Pro license key

We recommend keeping WordPress, WooCommerce, and FlexCheckout Pro updated to the latest versions. We are not responsible for issues arising from use with outdated or unsupported versions of WordPress or WooCommerce.

5. License Terms and Restrictions

5.1 Grant of License

Upon purchase and payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the FlexCheckout Pro plugin for the duration of your active subscription, subject to these Terms.

5.2 Permitted Use

  • Install and activate the plugin on WordPress/WooCommerce sites you own or manage
  • Customize the plugin configuration for your store’s needs
  • Use the plugin on client sites you actively manage under a single Pro license

5.3 Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or transfer your license key to any third party
  • Share your license key publicly or with parties outside your organization
  • Remove, alter, or obscure copyright notices within the plugin code
  • Use the plugin to build a competing WooCommerce checkout customization product or service
  • Attempt to circumvent license validation mechanisms
  • Claim authorship of the plugin or represent it as your own product

5.4 License Activation

Your license key must be activated via the FlexCheckout settings page in your WordPress admin. The plugin communicates with our license server to validate your subscription. An active internet connection is required for initial activation. License status is cached and re-validated daily.

5.5 Subscription Renewal

Pro licenses are annual subscriptions billed through Stripe. Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder email before renewal. If you cancel, your license remains active until the end of the current billing period. After expiry, the plugin continues to function but you will no longer receive updates or support.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Pro purchases. If you are not satisfied with FlexCheckout Pro for any reason, email us at info@wcflexcheckout.com within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund with no questions asked.

Refunds are not available after 30 days or for renewal charges where the subscription has been active and in use during the renewal period.

7. WooCommerce Dependency

FlexCheckout Pro is an extension of WooCommerce. It requires WooCommerce to be installed and active on your site. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by WooCommerce or Automattic. Changes to WooCommerce by its developers may affect FlexCheckout Pro functionality. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with current stable releases of WooCommerce but cannot guarantee immediate compatibility with every WooCommerce update.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FlexCheckout Pro:

  • For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • To collect customer data in violation of applicable privacy laws
  • In a way that interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of WooCommerce or WordPress
  • To deceive or mislead customers during the checkout process

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of FlexCheckout Pro on your store complies with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, privacy, and e-commerce regulations in your jurisdiction.

9. Updates and Support

Active license holders receive plugin updates for the duration of their subscription via the standard WordPress update mechanism. We reserve the right to modify features, discontinue features, or change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

Support is provided via email at info@wcflexcheckout.com. Pro users receive priority support with a target response time of 2 business days. Free users may use the WordPress.org support forums. Support is limited to issues directly related to FlexCheckout and does not include general WooCommerce or WordPress support.

10. Third-Party Services

  • Stripe — payment processing for license purchases. Subject to Stripe’s Services Agreement.
  • WooCommerce / Automattic — required platform. Subject to WooCommerce’s own terms.
  • Zapier — optional integration feature. Subject to Zapier’s Terms of Service. Data sent to Zapier is your responsibility.
  • WPML — optional multilingual integration. Subject to WPML’s own terms.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of these third-party services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

FLEXCHECKOUT PRO IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every WordPress or WooCommerce configuration, theme, or third-party plugin. Checkout customization plugins interact with complex e-commerce environments and results may vary based on your specific setup.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your WordPress site before installing, updating, or making configuration changes to FlexCheckout Pro.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JUNE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOST SALES, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR SITE DOWNTIME, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF FLEXCHECKOUT PRO, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF FLEXCHECKOUT PRO SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless June Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of FlexCheckout Pro, your violation of these Terms, your store’s checkout practices, or your violation of any rights of a third party including your customers.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Pro plugin and delete all copies. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The plugin will continue to function after cancellation but updates and support will no longer be provided.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Josephine County, Oregon, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact us at info@wcflexcheckout.com and allow 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active license holders of material changes by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the plugin after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and June Company regarding FlexCheckout and supersede all prior agreements or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
