  • “You/Your” — The purchaser or user

✅ License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Install and use the Product on the number of sites specified by your license tier
  • Receive updates for the duration specified by your license tier

You may NOT:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share the Product
  • Include the Product in a product you sell
  • Remove or modify any copyright notices
  • Use the Product after your license expires without renewal

💰 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Product, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

To request a refund, email info@wcflexcheckout.com with your order number.

All licenses include email support. Response times are typically within 24-48 business hours.

Support covers:

  • Installation and activation issues
  • Bug reports and troubleshooting
  • General usage questions

Support does NOT cover:

  • Customization or development work
  • Third-party plugin conflicts (though we’ll try to help)
  • Sites where the license has expired

🔄 Updates

Product updates are provided for the duration of your license. After expiration, you may continue using your current version but will not receive new updates or support. You may renew at any time.

The Product, including all code, design, and documentation, is owned by FlexCheckout. Your license grants usage rights only; no ownership is transferred.

The Product is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the Product will be error-free or compatible with all configurations.

⚖ī¸ Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

🔒 Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Product and delete all copies.
